Approach to learning
A facilitating approach to learning is the most popular and effective approach to learning today. Facilitation is a professional organization of the group work process, aimed in achieving the goals set by the group.
Facilitation as a process is the alleviation and strengthening of the productivity of education, training and upbringing, the development of subjects of pedagogical interaction due to their communication style and personality characteristics of the teacher and the student.
A facilitative teacher is a teacher who, by his presence and influence, facilitates the manifestation of initiative and independence of students, contributes to the process of their mental development and provides positive interpersonal interaction.
In the educational process, the dominant role is played by the cognitive activity of students, the instrumental basis of which is knowledge, skills and abilities.
